Day one of HCG/ Day one of stuffing my face

Well today didn't start out well I only had my cup of coffee with some milk and one sweet n low.  plus a bowl of cereal and two clementine's. Then I realized I was going to definitely need to eat a whole lot more in order to not be completely miserable once I jump down to my 500 calories. So I went and got Apollo burger with a soda and fries and mozzarella sticks and I had two cookies. Still I do not think that is enough hopefully the soda, pasta, and gigantic cupcake will help some! So day one and still 29 days to go!! I will kick start this weight loss and see the results I need to see to stay motivated after I stop the HCG!!

beating the mean ol' sweet tooth!!!

Today I conquered the mean ol' sweet tooth!! No amount of drinking water or flavored water can curb my sweet tooth. usually I eat a few raspberries and it is good to go for a while, however the rare occasion I actually need chocolate!! I have tried the no sugar chocolate and unless you really want to be sitting on the toilet for hours on end after only three of them your pretty much out of luck. So I went searching for a good low calorie cookie that was chocolate. I found a sugar-crusted chocolate slice cookie that was only 42 calories per cookies, plus I add some frozen berries and it was amazing. the website I got them from was chatelaine.com. I highly recommend these cookies instead of using the sugar they recommended I actually used my no calorie sweetener so there was even few calories to count as I ate these cookies.
I made these cookies small, probably quarter size, so I was able to eat just a few that way I was able to curb the cravings and still not feel quilty for eating more than two of them!!
Well that is all I have for today!! Still exercising and feeling like I should more afterwards (LOL). Today I did walk backwards on the treadmill at a 10% incline for 12 minutes after than my thighs were screaming at me!!

Cruise date 1/12/14 Must Make Wieght

Husband just informed me that he wants to go on another cruise, while I am definitely not complaining; I don't want to look like Shamu on the boat again.  Cruise to Mexican Rivera 2012

So as you can tell I haven't exactly been losing the weight that I have been wanting to before each cruise!! This year will not be the case I have a 182 days to lose the weight, that means as long as I can lose 2lbs per week I can be at my goal weight of around 160lbs although my goal weight is actually to be back to 145 I can accept that 160 is healthy weight loss for the time period I am looking for!! I am watching what I eat, how much I eat, and trying new healthy alternatives.

Today I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 45 minutes and tried tilapia!! while the walking/jogging was not bad since I read an old genealogy magazine while doing it, the tilapia was a failure (YUCK)!! so any one have any suggestions for cooking tilapia or Cod (that is the other fish I picked up) please let me know!!

DAY 1

This is DAY ONE!! on the road to a new me! No longer will I be ashamed that I weigh more than I should, NOPE from now on I will be honest and face my weight like the big girl (no pun intended) that I am!! This all started with planning a trip to Hawaii in a little more than one year. I want that perfect Hawaii vacation body! But recently I have learned that some other health problems have come into play! PCOS Poly-cycstic ovarian syndrome!! To say the least this can get in the way of kicking that extra weight to the curb. So now I am fighting back, in high school I was on the dance team and I received an award one year titled PUSH IT!! I recently found that trophy and I am going to place it in a spot that I can't miss it to remind myself to push through the crap and make a life style change. I am excited for Hawaii, but now I am even more excited to look and feel great every day of the rest of my life. Any suggestions would be fabulous. So far I have started cooking at home for my husband and me and have A) actually started eating breakfast & B) substituted my normal quick breakfast for a low calorie but full of vitamins and other healthy goodies!! DR. OZ has so many smoothie recipes on his site tomorrow I am going to attempt the Green Smoothie with me luck it has more vegies in it than I have eaten in the past like 6 months combined!!

I will get a current picture as soon as I can So each month I will post a new one and we can all hopefully see the difference that Is happening in my life!!
